Since 2015, I've worked across a diverse range of industries — from financial services and medical devices to manufacturing, distribution, retail, nonprofit, real estate, and logistics. In roles ranging from administrative assistant to director of operations, I've seen the same operational challenges repeat across different business types: inconsistent processes, lack of structure, and teams reinventing the wheel every time.
As a licensed real estate professional and current board treasurer, I've built operational systems from the ground up. I've created marketing processes, developed recruitment systems, implemented financial tracking tools, designed accountability frameworks, and launched programs that made events self-funding through strategic sponsorships. I keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while ensuring teams have the structure they need to succeed.
